This round of financing funds will be used for the establishment of R&D centers, advertising and production capital reserves.
Hutt Wisdom was established in 2018 and is headquartered in Beijing, focusing on providing convenient and intelligent cleaning robot products to C-end home users. The founder, Song Hongchao, is a serial entrepreneur and was previously the co-founder of Formart. At present, Hutt Wisdom has launched three window cleaning robot products: DDC55 twisted window cleaning machine, W55 square window cleaning machine and W66 square water jet window cleaning machine.
The whole series of products support wet wipe, can adjust the suction according to the surface dirt adhesion state and particle size, will not slip and fall, the suction power is 3800pa, and can withstand the vertical tension of 5KG to 7KG. The window cleaning speed of the product is 120s/m² to 180s/m², and the thickness of the body is between 7cm and 8.5cm, which can work under the environment of anti-theft windows. Among them, W66 square water spray window cleaner is also equipped with a built-in water tank.
The company will also launch a new product W77 in the near future. According to Song Hongchao, the difference compared to the previous products is that the DDC6 has no wires and a built-in lithium battery, which can last up to 90 minutes when fully charged. Each device is equipped with two batteries, one battery takes 85 minutes to fully charge, and the two batteries can be used alternately.
Online sales channels cover domestic and foreign, domestic JD.com and Tmall’s self-operated stores and other e-commerce agency sales, and foreign countries include Amazon and South Korea’s Rakuten. In addition, the company has also opened offline experience stores, including SPK in Beijing and Gome in other department stores, etc.
Hutt smart products are mainly oriented to C-end home users and some B-end users. B-end users include department store windows, coffee shops and office buildings. Song Hongchao said that in 2020, the company's revenue will be 10 million yuan, and the unit price of product customers will be around 1,600 yuan, which is lower than the industry average. The gross profit margin is 55% to 60%, which is the same as the industry average.
Regarding the competitive advantages of products, Song Hongchao said that Hutt’s smart products are being introduced quickly, and a new product can be launched every six months. The product is above the industry average in terms of the thinness of the fuselage, window cleaning speed and endurance.
Regarding the future development trend of the industry, Song Hongchao said that window cleaning is a rigid household cleaning project with a large workload and high risk. Window cleaning robots can replace manual work at heights, which not only can clean windows risks, but also improve work efficiency. At present, the domestic penetration rate of window cleaning robots is only 0.5%, and there is still huge room for growth against the United States.
